Everything Team STELLAR Is Loving This Week

Happy weekend

Another day, another list of everything Team STELLAR is loving this week.

From dinners to coffee to gorgeous beauty bits, here’s everything we’ve been doing – and enjoying – over the past seven days.

… Gorgeous seafood towers

If you’re not a seafood girlie, keep scrolling, because I am about to tell you all about the most incredible seafood experience of my little life.

Team STELLAR hit up SOLE (FIRE’s sister restaurant) this week, and wined and dined amongst some of the most delicious shellfish.

@stellarmagazine This one’s for the fish lovers 🐟 Sole in Dublin is a real treat – and team STELLAR was lucky enough to enjoy a meal there this week. The lobster – wow ✨ #fyp #dublin #seafood ♬ Unwritten x Midnight City by Altégo – ALTÉGO

We started with a selection of oysters followed by the Captain’s Seafood Tower, which was stacked full of lobster, mussels, more oysters, salmon, and crab claws. It was glorious.

For my main I went for a crab and courgette linguini, while the girls went for lobster. To finish, we shared a couple of key lime pies and an espresso martini before toddling home, screeching in the group chat about how good that meal was.

I will be back.

You can check out SOLE’s full menu here.

… Natural bouncy hair

I find it difficult to get volume in my hair without using an abundance of tools and sprays. My hair is fine and that’s okay.

This week though, I used Josh Wood Colour’s Miracle Mask and left my hair to dry naturally. Now it’s super bouncy and sleek, and all I had to do was leave a mask in for a few minutes in the shower. Obsessed.

The much loved brand is now available to buy in Ireland, and it’s safe to say I’ll be using this award winning mask from now on.

… Iced coffee – at home!

Spending money on an iced coffee is a vice of mine. One of these days I will bankrupt myself on a double shot over regular milk with a pump of sugar syrup and listen, that’s okay.

But before then, I’ll do my best to enjoy an iced coffee home – and Califia Farms, in fairness, have made that a lot easier.

Their Oat Caramel Cold Brew is my favourite. It’s sweet and tasty, and goes perfect over ice with a lil bowl of porridge on the side.

Perfect morning treat.

… Good tans and great food

If there’s one thing I’m passionate about, it’s food. Better yet, food that’s served in a glorious location that absolutely fits the vibe of a brand event.

This week, Team STELLAR was invited to Bondi Sands’ immersive dinner in Hang Dai Chinese.

We poured over the brand’s gorgeous new Technocolor tan (suitable for every skin tone), took a self tan quiz, and enjoyed some beautiful dishes including crispy prawn to garlic broccoli to deep fried tofu.

The tanning quiz told me I was ‘Magenta,’ so if you’ll excuse me, I’m off to enter the Technoverse (use their face serum).
