Head of Digital Jade is loving… Stunning skincare

If there’s one I’m lowkey obsessed with, it’s a new skincare product… especially if it’s a new skincare products that’s from a beloved Irish business and actually feels so good on my skin.

Sculpted By Aimee just launched three new products (yes, three!) and they’re just stunning.

HydraBright, LiquidGlo and Brighten Up are the newest addition to the brand’s skincare range, and they’re the perfect trio for targeting dull, dehydrated, and puffy skin.

They’re also incredibly reasonably priced, like everything at Sculpted, starting at just €28. Amazing!

Commercial Manager Patrick is loving… A gorge hotel stay

If you’re planning a trip to London, the NYX Hotel London Holborn is a seriously cool place to stay. Perfectly located between the West End and Farringdon, it’s close to must-visit spots like the London Eye, Covent Garden, and Oxford Street – ideal for some sightseeing and shopping. I stayed in a Designer Superior Room with a king bed, and it was as stylish as it was comfy.

The sleek, modern design gave it a fun, urban vibe, and the bed was a dream after a long day exploring. For a casual bite, Midtown Bar and Dining is a solid option, with a mix of American and Middle Eastern-inspired dishes.

One of the hotel highlights was the Glasshouse, an exclusive 10th-floor rooftop bar serving creative cocktails with stunning city views. Featuring striking interiors, statement neon artwork, and a stunning cocktail menu, it’s the perfect escape from the busy streets – just be sure to book in advance!

The best part? The Rena Spa. A dip in the indoor pool and some time in the steam room was the perfect way to unwind before heading home. If you’re looking for a trendy London base, NYX Holborn is a great shout! Book now here.

As the months roll by, we’re all dreaming of our next holiday. Every girlie has a mission this summer to capture *that pic*—you know the one, with a maxi dress on a sunset beach, a digital camera in hand, and a shot that’ll leave your followers feeling satisfied when seeing your Instagram feed.

Most of these iconic photos are snapped with the iconic Canon G7X, which currently retails for €850 on their website. While I want to get the best pics on holiday, I’m on the hunt for the perfect dupe that won’t break the bank.

While good vintage digital cameras can capture those nostalgic flash photography shots, I’ve found instead some fantastic alternatives. The Canon PowerShot SX610 is available for just €250 on eBay, and the Panasonic Lumix digital camera is even cheaper at €180—proof that you can shoot those Instagram-worthy shots without overspending.

Jade is loving… VR

I never saw myself a VR fan. I tried virtual reality a few years back, in the Metaverse nonetheless, and found it awkward and quite frankly, nauseating.

VR has come a long way though, and now you can even grab your pals and go enjoy your own full body VR gaming experience in Dublin. Yes, really!

Sandbox VR has just opened up in the city centre, and guys, it’s so much fun. Team STELLAR went down to play some Squid Game, and we had such a laugh. It was funny, it was scary, and most importantly, it was sweaty.

They even have Ireland’s first robotic bar inside. Why not, like.

Lately, I’ve been loving the chic vibe of an aesthetic bar cart in my home. It’s perfect for everything from pre-drinks before a night out with the girls to a cozy movie night with your favourite beverage.
