The movie is receiving serious reaction on social media, with some dubbing it the “movie of the year”, while others are calling it a “2021 must-see” and it hasn’t even dropped yet, October 22nd – to be precise.

So, why all the hype?

Well, with three trailers to feast your eyes on, a stellar cast that includes the likes of Anya Taylor-Joy, Matt Smith and James and Oliver Phelps, as well as Edgar Wright in the director’s seat, there’s plenty to get you excited about from the get-go. Plus, the movie is a modern day/1960s mystery horror with drama and thriller all worked in too. I mean, it screams October.

What’s the synopsis?

As the official movie description reads: “A young girl, passionate about fashion design, is mysteriously able to enter the 1960s where she encounters her idol, a dazzling wannabe singer. But 1960s London is not what it seems, and time seems to fall apart with shady consequences.”
