Food Envy! Here’s What Guests Will Be Dining On At Tonight’s Style Awards
We get the lowdown from The Marker's Head Chef Gareth Mullins
The Peter Mark VIP Style Awards kick off tonight, with Ireland’s most stylish celebrities and influencers descending on Dublin’s Marker Hotel for one night only.
Tables are set, the Bollinger Special Cuvée is chilling… but what’s going on in the kitchen?
A few plates of sandwiches just don’t cut it at a red-carpet event, but luckily The Marker’s Head Chef Gareth Mullins has put together a bespoke menu for the evening.
After a Bollinger reception, guests will enjoy a sashimi of tuna with tangy Peruvian mango, Asian salad, coriander, and a sago and soya dressing.
Next up is a roast fillet of Irish beef with a Moroccan spiced roll, tomato confit, plus a side of sweet potato and asparagus.
Gareth’s super-stylish Choc-hair-late Blast is made from Valrhona dark chocolate with passion fruit mousse, passion fruit sorbet and passion fruit elderflower fragrance.
White – Torres Vina Sol
Red – Torres Sangre de Toro
Here’s a look at the real deal…
Total food envy right now.
