Gigi Hadid Gives Sweet Advice To Natalia Bryant Ahead Of Runway Debut

What a sweet gesture!

Before their appearance in Versace’s Spring/Summer 2024 Show at Milan Fashion Week, Gigi Hadid had a bit of advice to share with runway newbie Natalia Bryant ahead of her debut.

Natalia made her debut on September 22nd at the Versace Spring/Summer 2024 Show at Milan Fashion Week and later walked in the Boss Spring/Summer 2024 Show later that day.

In an Instagram post for Vogue the eldest Bryant child was asked to find out from her modelling peers what she should expect from her first show.

Gigi Hadid had some sage advice to share, although it had been shared in a private conversation prior to the video. She said: “I said to just try to take in the moment and let yourself remember it.”

The veteran supermodel shared some behind the scenes intel with the young model, saying: “In the rehearsal, they’re gonna tell you to walk fast. They’re gonna yell. They’re gonna scream at you to walk fast.”

Concluding her words of encouragement, Gigi added: “You’re gonna be great. I love you! I’m so proud of you I’m gonna cry.”

Ahead of her runway debut the newbie told Vogue: “I am beyond excited about making my runway debut. It’s such an incredible opportunity and I’m so grateful to Donatella and am honoured that she has invited me to be part of something so special.”

While she’s received much encouragement from the likes of Amelia Hamlin, Precious Lee, Donatella Versace herself and even model icon Naomi Campbell; it’s Natalia Bryant’s mum’s words that stick with her the most. She says: “Walk like Naomi but remember to be yourself, put your own style to your walk and always with your head held high.”

The 20-year-old’s mother Vanessa was seen supporting her from the front row and shared in the excitement by taking to Instagram. The 41-year-old said: “Natalia, I’m so proud of you! You did it mama!!!! I love you so much and I’m so happy for you @nataliabryant! Bellísima 😘.”
