Guests Enjoy A Fab Night At The Self Care Sessions Dublin

Another month, another Self Care Sessions — and this time we were back in Dublin for a gorgeous evening of empowerment!

Team VIP and STELLAR were in the beautiful Iveagh Garden Hotel earlier this April to bring our readers an uplifting evening dedicated to wellbeing, connection and a little well-deserved me-time.

This special event featured insightful chats from some very special guests: Rosanna Davison, James Kavanagh and the Benecol Heart Health Panel, Laura Nolan, Anne Cassin, Biofresh Skincare’s Catherine Morgan, and sound healer Audrey O’Connor.

Guests were also treated to a luxury goodie bag worth over €100, with wellness treats from Biofresh, Cascata Hair, Benecol, Max Benjamin, Lindt, and skinRESCUE, as well as light bites and cocktails from the Iveagh Garden Hotel.

First up, former Miss World and author Rosanna Davison told host Bianca Luykx all about evidence approaches to wellness, her passion for nutrition, and her impressive career so far.

Broadcaster Anne Cassin spoke about her long-running career as one of Ireland’s most respected presenters, as well as her latest challenge in Dancing With The Stars.

Biofresh Skincare founder Catherine Morgan chatted on her 16 years of skincare expertise, her brand beginnings, and how transformation can be achieved without the use of harsh ingredients.

She also led a demonstration from natural mineral makeup brand Bellápierre Cosmetics, highlighting how clean, skin-friendly ingredients can support healthy, radiant skin.

Next, professional dancer and creator Laura Nolan filled guests in on her wedding planning, as well as her passion for fitness and dance.

Healthcare professionals from Croí Heart joined Benecol ambassador James Kavanagh for an insightful discussion on heart health, nutrition, and actionable insights to protect your cardiovascular wellbeing at every stage of life.

The evening ended with a gorgeous sound bath from sound healer Audrey O’Connor — immersive and deeply transformative!
