Hailey Bieber Reveals She Has Spoken To Selena Gomez Since Her Marriage To Justin Bieber

Oh to be a fly on the wall...


It’s the podcast everyone has been waiting for, Hailey Bieber is talking her relationship with Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez on the latest episode of Call Her Daddy.

Did we ever think this day would come? Since Hailey (then Baldwin) stepped on to the scene as Justin Bieber’s love interest post Selena Gomez, the internet has had something to say. Although the pair had dated over the years when Justin was not with Selena, it was the time right before they got engaged and their marriage and onwards that people have really been vocal about.

Selena Gomez stans are not happy that Justin married Hailey, and they want her to know it. You might remember Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez dated on and off for around eight years. In 2018 Justin moved on with and married model Hailey Bieber.

Since then, Hailey has been accused of ‘stealing’ Justin from Selena and fans bombard her online with hate comments and comments supporting her husband’s ex.

Now, for the first time Hailey is speaking out about everything, timelines, hate comments and where she stands with Selena now.

One of the most interesting points of the conversation is when host Alex Cooper asked if Hailey has spoken to Selena since she has been married to Justin.

Hailey responded, “Yes, so that’s why I’m like, It’s all respect it’s all love. That’s also why I feel like, if everybody on our side knows what happened and we’re good and we can walk away from it with clarity and respect, then that’s fine.”

Hailey said that knowing she was “all good” brought her “a lot of peace.”

“I’m like we know what happened it is what it is. You’re never going to be able to correct every narrative, and there’s going to be new ones that come. it’s never going to end and why I didn’t speak about a lot of stuff, because I’m like there’ll be something new.”

Wow, can you imagine what that chat between Hailey and Selena entailed? Oh, to be a fly on the wall…


Setting the record straight on the podcast Hailey confirmed she was never with Justin while he was in a relationship with Selena.

“It’s not my character to mess with someone’s relationship. I would not do that I was raised better than that. I was not interested in that and I never was… I can say period point blank I was never with him while he was in a relationship with anybody. That’s the end of it. And I had been involved with him since I was 18.”

Justin and Hailey got engaged in July 2018 and Justin had been spotted with Selena in the months prior to this. Hailey references this time on the podcast saying, “I understand how it looks from the outside and there’s a lot of perception there. But that was a situation where I know for a fact that it was the right thing for them to close that door. They were not in a relationship at that time but of course there’s a very long history there…”

Continuing she said, “I would never want to get into a relationship with someone, and be engaged and getting married to them and think in the back of my mind I wonder if that was really closed for you and I know for a fact that the reason we were able to get back together was that it was very much completely closed and that is respectful to me.”

Selena is about to release a documentary titled, “My Mind And Me” which is said to be documenting the past six years of her journey into “a new light” having suffered from a dark time. The actress has been open about her Bipolar diagnosis in recent years. It is unknown whether the documentary will go into too much detail about her past relationship. But either way we are going to be tuned in.
