Here’s Every Single Thing Khloe Kardashian Eats On A Cheat Day – And Oh My, We’re Drooling
Yes, there's McDonalds.
If you follow Khloe Kardashian on Snapchat, you’ll know that she’s got that #FitLyf down pat. In fact, she regularly shares videos of her daily workouts with celebrity trainer Don Brooks – And trust us, they’re seriously grueling, mixing moves like sumo squats, walking lunges, push-ups and uphill sprints.
But even super dedicated gym goers need a day off from their daily routines and Khloe recently revealed everything she eats when she’s forgetting the clean foods and indulging a cheat day.
“Sometimes treat day gets a little crazy,” Koko writes on her website. “This was definitely one of those days, LOL. Kim, the kids and I drove down to San Diego for MJ’s store opening party together and I went HAM!!”
And she certainly did go HAM. First up on her epic cheat feast menu?
McDonalds! Koko kicked off her morning with an Egg McMuffin, followed by FOUR hash browns and a few ginger ales. Delish.
After that, it was on to the second course, a big meal of chicken tenders washed down with a can of coke.
But Khloe’s cheat day didn’t stop there. Nuh-uh.
For a quick snack later in the day, she guzzled raisins, Cheez-Its, and vanilla wafers before heading off to her Grandma’s birthday party, where she helped herself to some cake and a chocolate bar.
Um, yes please.
Cheats aside though, Khloe did round the day off with something healthy, dining on fried avocado and almond-crusted halibut for dinner.
Sure lookit, it’s all about balance, right?
