Here’s Everything Gigi Hadid Stocks In Her Fridge – And Yes, She Eats Carbs
Her diet is nowhere near as strict as you might think.
Given Gigi’s gorgeous glow, her super lean limbs and her enviably lithe frame, you’d be forgiven for thinking that her diet must be super strict, consisting only of hipstery whole foods like kale and quinoa.
But you’d be wrong. In a recent interview with Self Magazine, Gigi revealed the foods she typically has stocked in her fridge and chows down on on the reg – and surprisingly there are a few little cheat treats in there, that we’ve been known to indulge in too.
“In the fridge, I always have Evian, soda, orange juice, and lemonade,” she tells the mag “Then, I have my favorite snacks like salami, chips, hummus, carrots, and fruit.”
One of her favourite indulgences? Gigi says Lucky Charms and Fruit Loops always make her grocery list. Um, YUM.
But it’s not just sugary snacks she loves. Gigi says that she adores carbs too and tells the mag that when she’s traveling she’ll regularly indulgence in a good bread basket. Us too Gigi.
She keeps it clean when she’s cooking from home though.
“Cooking and art is what grounds me,” she explains. “It’s stripping it all back down to the simple things that makes me happy.”
We guess keeping her meals clean is how she finds space for those extra little cheats.
