Here’s Everything Team STELLAR Is Loving This Week

Happy weekend.

Another week, another list of things we’re into – and this week is a particularly good week, because it was a short week. Hooray.

From beauty to food to that first sip of a glass of wine, here’s everything that’s been keeping us going this week.

If there’s one thing I love more than fashion and beauty, it’s travel. I have spent the last few weeks organising my interrailing route for the summer ahead and have had so much fun in the process.

If you are under the age of 27 you can apply for an interrail youth pass meaning cheap travel! I was amazed at how easy it is to go travelling around Europe and have been feeling very grateful that this is so accessible.

South of France here I come!

Head of Digital Jade is loving… All female productions

Do you like Stephen King’s Misery? Do you like stories of female rage and unbearable pain? Do you like all of this condensed into an all women production that’s kicking off in Dublin this month and is set to be an incredible watch?

Well, then you’ll probably like GAMMY, a new play from FRINGE LAB and supported by the Dublin Fringe Festival. The tragicomedy is a sensitive depiction of the impact of abuse and inexpression, featuring a woman who is stuck, but also at crisis point… and she’s about to take action.

GAMMY opens at The Project Arts Centre in Temple Bar on April 11. Tickets start from €16 and can be bought here.

Editorial intern Abby is loving… Red Torch Ginger

On Monday, I visited Red Torch Ginger on Andrew Street, and it did not disappoint. This restaurant has three locations, Sandyford, Maynooth and Andrew Street. The staff were super friendly, the cocktails were amazing, and the food was incredible.

I couldn’t decide on a starter, so we all shared 4 dishes. I recommend going with people who like to share a few bits because the menu is too nice to miss out on! I had the pad Thai for mains, and it was delicious.

PSA: order the satay skewers – they were the best I’ve ever tried (from a satay enthusiast).

Is there anything better than a crisp sip after a long, hard day?

Red? White? Rosé? You name it, chances are it’s going to hit the spot whether you’re relaxing at home with a book in hand, or hitting up your favourite wine bar.

This month, Dublin’s iconic ELY Wine Bar is celebrating 25 years in business by inviting Mireia Pujol-Busquets Guillén of Alta Alella Winery, Barcelona over for a special event. See you there.

This wine tasting event will take place in ELY Wine Bar on April 11 from 7pm to 9pm. You can find out more here.

Editorial intern Abby is loving… Laneige Lip Glowy Balm in the Shade Berry

If you are a fan of makeup, you have probably heard of the Laneige lip mask. But let me put you onto something better.

This week is the third time I have replaced this lip balm because I’ve never tried better. It looks amazing over any lip liner and is so nourishing on the lips. It’s more of a lip gloss than a bomb and as someone who has tried nearly all the viral lip glosses this is my winner.

Yes, I am that girl in the club bathroom telling you to try my lip gloss – that’s how passionate I am about it.
