Here’s Everything Team STELLAR Is Loving This Week

Few bits n all

Well, here we are.

Another week done and dusted, another list of things we’ve been enjoying.

This is them.

… A festive cocktail… or two

Or three? Or four? Just kidding, overdoing it with the drink is one thing you absolutely do not want to be doing this festive season, but if you’re after a cheeky tipple that’s a little bit different, we’ve got the one for you.

Craft Cocktails’ festive collection is here, and they’ve got some seriously delicious flavours for Christmas.

The Irish brand are best known for their bottled cocktails, and this year they’ve got Gingerbread Punch, Mistletoe Margarita, Festive Old Fashioned, as well as a new mix, their take on an Espresso Martini.

Can confirm the Mistletoe Marg is unreal.

… Luxury liner

I’ve recently entered my lip liner era, and girls, I’ll never look back.

My fyp is full of lip combos, and my makeup bag isn’t far off either, but there’s one brand that’s been a serious game changer when it comes to a creamy liner.

Irish brand Hildun Beauty’s creamy, long lasting formulas make their Silk To Set lip liners a dream to use.

They come in a few different shades but my favourite has got to be Darcy, a pinky, peachy nude with warm undertones… ideal for the colder months.

Hildun also launched their first ever festive gift set this year – The Exclusive Kajal Trio – a collection of eyeliners just perfect for the Christmas season.

… A rooftop dining experience

If you’re looking for a new Dublin city centre spot for a drink with pals or a meal for the ages, look no further than DÍON – the modern Irish restaurant that just opened its doors at One Central Plaza (the old Central Bank, for those unaware).

It’s got a gorgeous contemporary menu, a stunning array of cocktails… oh, and a rooftop view of the city while you dine. Stunning.

The menu includes dishes like bacon and cabbage croquettes, vol-au-vents, prawn cocktail, duck a l’orange, whipped smoked tofu, and so, so much more.

DÍON is taking bookings now – and it’s safe to say, we’re only dying to try it.

… Matcha – but make it chocolate

Match truly is having a moment. It’s everywhere – on TikTok, in cafes, and in my hand while I sip away joyously.

OMMA Matcha opened their cafe in Dublin earlier this year, and it’s safe to say they’ve been dominating the matcha scene.

But they’re not stopping at matcha. They’ve branched into chocolate too. Matcha flavoured chocolate.

Ahead of the festive season, OMMA will be selling Ireland’s first off the shelf handmade Matcha And Hōjicha Chocolate Bars in collaboration with award-winning Chocolate Producers, Bon Chocolatiers.

The new Matcha Chocolate is handmade using OMMA’s signature ceremonial matcha and gorgeous chocolate to create a treat that is both sweet and vibrantly green.

If you’re unfamiliar with hōjicha, it’s the highest-grade roasted Japanese green tea – making it the perfect flavour for chocolate too. Yum!
