Here’s What David Beckham Had To Say About His Son Brooklyn’s Engagement

The internet is still reeling from the news that Brooklyn Beckham, son of the Posh and Becks, is now engaged.

In case you missed it, Brooklyn popped the question to his girlfriend Nicole Peltz, with them both sharing the happy news with the world over on their social media accounts last weekend.

Brooklyn’s mam, Victoria Beckham has already shared her well-wishes with her eldest son and future daughter-in-law, posting a sweet snap of the two on her Instagram page, Brooklyn’s dad, David, has stayed pretty quiet about the news until now.

Also sharing a picture of Brooklyn and Nicole, David said:

“Congratulations to these two beautiful people. As they begin this exciting journey together we are so so happy for you guys”

Well, we’re glad that David is on board with the event, because there have been rumours of not just one huge celebration, but two. But, luckily for David he won’t have to get pop down to the local credit union for a loan, as Nicole’s billionaire father, Nelson Peltz said that he will cover the cost of both events, with no expenses spared.

It seems that the wedding is already raking up quite a cost, as the ring Brooklyn used to propose to Nicole with reportedly cost a whopping £250,000.

Oh, to be young, rich, and beautiful.
