Here’s Why Love Island Fans Are Convinced Molly Marsh Will Return To The Villa

Could Molly be returning?

Last night’s Love Island proved to be one of the most shocking yet, as season two bombshell Kady McDermott re-entered the villa and shook things up.

The reality star was given the option to couple up with one of the boys, taking him away from his current couple. Kady coupled up with Zach, who had been in a strong couple with Molly. And sure, that’s plenty dramatic…but par for the course on Love Island, it’s what happened next that truly shocked fans.

Following the mini recoupling, Molly received a text explaining she had been dumped from the villa as the only single girl. The influencer was one of the most notable names on the series, with many believing her to be a favourite of the producers, and so her exit shocked viewers.

But did it feel a little…familiar? Well, that’s because it just happened on another Love Island!

Unless you’ve been living under a rock, you’ll have heard of the Edgar and Cindy saga from Love Island France.

French Love Island has taken over TikTok, and has everyone watching Edgar and Cindy edits for hours on end. Essentially Edgar and Cindy were coupled up, but when a new bombshell was introduced, she was given the option of picking a boy to couple up, stealing him from his couple.

Edgar was chosen, leaving Cindy single and spontaneously dumped from the island.

HOWEVER, Cindy was brought back to the show not long after being dumped. Considering how popular Love Island France has bizarrely become, and the similarities with the spontaneous dumping, fans think Molly will be brought back, just like Cindy.

So maybe don’t say adieu just yet!

Even former Love Island star Amy Hart thinks its not the end of Molly’s time on the series.

Love Island airs tonight at 9PM on Virgin Media Two and Virgin Media Player, proudly sponsored by Virgin Mobile
