“Hey stranger!” Cheryl And Sarah Harding Have Finally Ended Their Feud And Fans Are Delighted
The former band mates hadn't spoken in ages.
Rejoice! Cheryl and Sarah Harding are friends again, folks! The pair soared to stardom together as two fifths of Girls Aloud, but quickly went their separate ways.
Rumours circulated for years that their personalities clashed within the band and that Sarah was jealous of Cheryl’s growing fame. The rumours were fuelled when Cheryl unfollowed Sarah on Twitter, and when the latter entered the Celebrity Big Brother house this summer, she described Cheryl as “meticulous and savvy”.
“She just knows how to work it when she wants to,” she said. “When she wants to be seen she is, and when she doesn’t, she makes sure she isn’t. Like with the whole baby thing. She just plans things meticulously. She’s savvy, I’d give her that.”
But their feud has finally been put to bed, thanks to a friendly exchange online. Cheryl asked her six million followers on Twitter, “Can you tweet me the songs from my albums that you think should’ve been singles please”.
And who was one of the first to reply? Only Miss Sarah Harding saying, “Hey stranger!…You know Fight For This Love will always be the one ???#TrueToTheGame ? “.
To which Cheryl responded, “?????#alwaystrue ? “. Ah, the power of emojis.
Fans are getting emotional over the friendly exchange, commenting things like, “Omg you guys I’m having such a moment ?” and “Omg ? ❤️ You two and Fight For This Love is the best”.
Another tweeted, “YESSSS! My faves acknowledged each other’s existence!!! Reunion plz!”
