Hold Up! Is Ed Sheeran Adding Two Extra Dates At The 3Arena?
Please be true. Please be true.
This morning legions of Irish fans were left devastated after tickets for Ed Sheeran’s 3Arena gigs on 12th and 13th April sold out within a matter of minutes.
Ticketmaster confirmed the news on Twitter, and disappointed fans soon found tickets being resold elsewhere on the internet for as much as €800.

Fortunately there may be one tiny glimmer of hope for those still hoping to see Ed this spring without having to max out their bank card.
That’s because the bookies are giving good odds that the singer might add two extra Dublin dates to accommodate the many fans who missed out.
The Irish Mirror reports that Boyle Sports are offering odds of just 4/7 that Ed will add two extra dates and 1/3 that he’ll add one.
The other good news is that they’re tipping him 9/4 to play Electric Picnic, so even if fans miss out this time there may be the opportunity to see him in Stradbally later in the year.
Still no confirmation on either the extra dates or the Electric Picnic gig though, so, sadly, for now, disappointed Ed fans will just have to wait it out.
We’ll keep you posted with updates.
UPDATE:
Ed’s manager Stuart Camp has given fans fresh hope, stating that Ed will be back to perform in Ireland but possibly not for some time.
“Not in that same period but we will be back on this album run,” he said.
Hmm. Looks like all is not lost yet, guys.
