Hot, Hot, Hot: This Might Be The Best Weather Forecast We’re Going To Get All Summer

Get your summer wardrobe sorted – STAT.

When it comes to Irish topics of discussion, the weather is right up there, but far from lamenting grey skies and heavy rain, this weekend, we’re set to see a whole lot of sun.

While temperatures will remain mild to warm through the week, Met Eireann say they’re set to rise to the twenties come Friday.

Yes, there may be some showers, but forecasters predict that the weekend will generally be ‘warm and mainly dry’ with ‘good spells of sunshine.’

Look, it’s not Mediterranean-style balmy, but it’s hot and it’s dry so we’ll take it.

Sure it’s only Tuesday but we’re already planning a weekend of beach trips, barbecues and beer gardens, meaning it’s time (at least temporarily) to throw off your heavy cardis and embrace some new summer threads.
