Harry Styles and Olivia Wilde have called it quits after two years together.

With the news breaking last week, it was reported the couple had gone their separate ways, but kept things amicable. Even so, no matter how friendly things may be, a breakup can still be tough. Something which Olivia apparently knows all too well.

A source told People, the actress was reportedly finding their split difficult.

Saying: “The break has been difficult for Olivia, they have had some issues, but Olivia thought they were gonna work through it all. She is disappointed. It’s just a tricky situation, though.”

But where do the former flames stand now? Well being friends with an ex can be tricky, but it seems the pair are going to try.

According to Page Six, Harry and Olivia care about each other a lot, and their breakup wasn’t caused by any animosity. A source told the publication: “There is no bad blood between them. Harry didn’t dump Olivia, or vice versa.”

Explaining: “This is the longest relationship Harry’s ever had, so clearly they have a special bond.”

The source also reiterated the couple’s reason for ending things. Saying: “They’re on a break. It’s impossible to have a relationship when he’s in every continent next year and Olivia has her job and her kids.”

“This is the right thing for both of them.”

A source confirmed their split to People Magazine, citing their busy schedules as the reason for their break. But never fear, the source also shared how it was an amicable split and the pair are actually still friends.

Saying: “They’re on a break. He’s still touring and is now going abroad. She is focusing on her kids and her work in L.A. It’s a very amicable decision.”

“Right now, they have different priorities that are keeping them apart.”
