Hugh Grant Pays Tribute To Notting Hill Co-Star Emma Chambers After Untimely Death
Notting Hill actress Emma Chambers sadly passed away this weekend, and stars have been paying tribute to the talented star.
Emma, who is also well known for her role as Alice in comedy show The Vicar of Dibley, alongside Dawn French, died from natural causes at the age of just 53.
Hollywood actor Hugh Grant, who starred alongside Emma in the blockbuster movie has now paid an emotional tribute to her, in which he called her a ‘brilliant actress.’
“Emma Chambers was a hilarious and very warm person,” the 57-year-old posted on Twitter.
“And of course a brilliant actress. Very sad news.”
The hilarious actress’ manager confirmed the news of her death inย a statement to The Guardian.
“We are very sad to announce the untimely death, from natural causes, of the acclaimed actress Emma Chambers. Over the years, Emma created a wealth of characters and an immense body of work. She brought laughter and joy to many and will be greatly missed.”
