Hungry? Here’s How To Have Healthy Breakfasts Delivered To Your Door!
How do you like your eggs in the morning?
As we approach the end of January, it’s becoming harder and harder to stick to our New Year’s healthy eating plan. Please tell us we’re not alone…? If you’re finding it as tough as we are, Deliveroo has found us the *best* solution.
The secret? Breakfast! Waking up to a nutritious morning meal is the best way to keep your healthy lifestyle right on track. Not only will it give you a good boost of slow-release energy throughout the AM, but you’ll find yourself less likely to snack on treats during your tea break.
But if you’re pushed for time, brekkie often falls by the wayside. That’s why it makes sense to have breakfast come straight to you instead! Deliveroo brings Ireland’s finest local restaurants into everyone’s home or office – fast. Simply type your address into the search bar and see all of the best, local eateries in your area appear. Then choose your picks and hit ‘order’. Easy!

Brother Hubbard
The food here is designed to offer nourishment and pleasure, and above all, you should feel better for having had it. All dishes are made from fresh, quality ingredients, and we particularly love the Vegan Avo and Peppers for brekkie. It consists of smashed avocado and chickpea spread on toasted sourdough, topped with roasted peppers, herd and tomato salsa, falafel crumble, radish, house sukkah and beetroot powder. If all that sounds a bit too fancy, why not try their Homemade Granola with greek yoghurt, berry compote and fresh mint.
Good to Go
Run by the same couple behind Counter Culture, Good to Go’s menu is full of nutritious dishes crafted from fresh, ethically-sourced produce. From organic porridge with fresh fruit and seeds, to oatmeal pancakes and their Veggie Power Omelettes with spinach and feta, there’s something to suit every taste. They have a variety of juices and smoothies available for delivery too – the Sisu Zesty Summer Fruits is our fave, and it’s only €3.50!
Vandal
This café offers a fresh, seasonal menu to help health-nuts get their day off to the best start! There’s Eggs Benedict served on toasted granary bread, as well as customer favourite ‘Vandal Breakfast’, which includes spiral pork sausage, bacon, poached egg, beans, pudding, roasted cherry tomatoes and a flat cap mushroom. There are also various Acai bowls with berries and seeds, and porridge bowls with low fat yoghurt.
Eathos
This eatery has a fresh approach to food, with quality and provenance at the forefront of their mind. Go off the beaten track with Sweet Potato & Pumpkin Cakes, or try the tasty Chorizo Scramble. Prefer breakfast that’s a bit simpler? Enjoy some French toast or smoked salmon on homemade gluten free bread.
Sprout & Co
Sprout’s Morning Power Salad is a great way to start off your day. It’s super nutritious as it contains two eggs, guacamole, spinach, tomato salsa, and toasted seeds, plus it’s tasty with its drizzle of French dressing. They also have juices and smoothies available – all of which are made from a variety of fresh ingredients. Sample ‘Beet It’, a blend of beetroot, carrot, apple and ginger. Or taste ‘Sweetgreen’, a mix of spinach, mint, apple and lemon.
Grove Road
This breakfast and brunch spot makes practically everything from scratch, and anything that isn’t made on site is sourced from producers who are passionate about what they do. Sure, they do classic breakfasts like a Full Irish and scrambled eggs on toast, but they also deliver Avocado & Feta Smash on sourdough bread, homemade granola and mixed bean cassoulet. With a range of coffees and juices available to order too, you’ll surely find something to satisfy your morning hunger here.
Green Beards
Green Beards great-tasting, cold, organic juices are full of healthy goodness. Need a morning pick me up? Their Beets by Ryan juice is packed with healthy veg and zesty fruits for an instant boost of energy. Or if you’d like to increase your protein intake, order the Honey Badger smoothie, containing homemade almond milk, frozen banana, blueberries, hemp protein, dates, chia seeds, honey, and avocado.
