‘I Caught The C**t!’: Tom Hardy Has Been Declared A Hero After Trapping A Thief In A Citizen’s Arrest

Is there nothing he can't do?

Tom Hardy is famed for showing some serious strength in action movies like Mad Max and Warrior, but he’s now been declared a real-life superhero following an incident in London. *Swoon*

The 39-year-old was out and about near his home in Richmond, South West London, when he spotted two young thieves who had stolen a moped.

The thieves had broken a red light before crashing the stolen bike into a £50,000 Mercedes, and then tried to flee the scene.

Witnesses told The Sun how the actor chased one of the fleeing culprits through gardens and across a building site. “It was mental,” Arun Pullen, 22, said, “Like he’d switched to superhero mode in an action movie.”

Tom apparently hauled the youngster into a bus stop, patted him down, and made a citizen’s arrest while announcing “I caught the c**t!”

The witness, Arun, continued, “The kid looked wrecked and in shock. Tom Hardy’s clearly not a man you’d mess with. I think he even checked the kid’s ID before cops took over. He did the public a great service.”

Arun’s girlfriend added, “I’m a big Tom Hardy fan and there was no mistaking him. He looked as mad as he does on telly.”

Both of the thieves involved in the incident are reportedly facing charges.

And there we were thinking we couldn’t love Tom Hardy any more than we already did…
