‘I’m Obsessed’: Kim K Reveals The Birthday Gift That Cost Kanye €31,000

Birthday present envy alert!

When Kanye West started dating Kim Kardashian in the spring of 2012, he obviously knew right away that she was one special lady. So much so in fact, that for her 32nd birthday just six months into their relationship, the rapper gifted Kim a piece of jewellery worth a massive $35,000 (€31,000).

Kim, who has since married Kanye and welcomed two children with him, included her 2012 birthday gift from Kanye in a round-up of her most treasured pieces of jewellery.

“Kanye took me on a trip to Florence for my birthday in 2012,” Kim wrote on her website. “He got me the Cartier Panthère bracelet that I cherish and I’m obsessed with.”

Of course, the 2012 pressie wasn’t the last time Kanye decked his SO out in Cartier. At the last count, Kim had a total of six bracelets from the luxury jewellery brand, including a €59,000 white gold, onyx and diamond panther cuff, a Love bracelet and an €23,000 Juste En Clou gold bangle.

Back in 2013, Kim shared this snap of her arm loaded up with Cartier bling, mainly courtesy of Kanye:

For the reality star’s 35th birthday last October though, Kanye went for sentiment rather than glamour, throwing a surprise film screening and party at a cinema in LA and asking her friends and family to come dressed in their “best pregnant Kim look.”

After the big day, Kim took to Instagram to thank her man, telling her followers that Kanye “never ceases to amaze me.”

While she didn’t make it known on social media, we wouldn’t be surprised if Kim scored some new Cartier arm candy that day too…
