Ariana Grande has finally shared some snaps of her wedding day with real estate tycoon Dalton Gomez, after it was rumoured that she wed her fiance emerged last week.
Leaving us gagging for an inside glimpse, Ari finally gave us what we want, sharing a series of snaps from the day on her social media. Keeping the affair very low-key, Ariana’s wedding is now talk of the town, here are all the deets we have so far.
Beginning with the most important part, the dress. Ariana wore an Audrey Hepburn-inspired Vera Wang Haute Couture gown. The silk gown had an empire waist, sculpted neck, and plunging back, with a slight slit at the leg. Completing the look, the pop star added a 50s style veil with a satin bow on top, white skyscraper heels, and diamond earrings.
Ariana kept things natural when it came to her glam, with make-up to the stars, including the Kardashians, Ash K Holm giving her a soft but glamorous beat, with sharp brows, nude lips, and a black wing. Her hair was styled in her signature half up half down do by celeb hairdresser Josh Liu.
As for the location, Ariana kept things intimate, turning her Montecito home in California into her wedding venue, with less than 20 close friends and family members in attendance.
Flowers were suspended from the ceiling, and candles lit up the room, as Ariana walked down the ‘aisle’ with both her mother and father. Of course, not forgetting the handsome groom, Dalton wore a fitted Tom Ford suit.
No wedding is complete without a reception, and it’s believed that a separate room was organised for all guests to eat and chat together. Taking the same theme from the ceremony room, white tables were adorned with lush greenery to make for a relaxed but modern dining area.
It’s believed that Ariana and Dalton had their intimate day planned from when they got engaged back in January of this year. Ariana has also had her dress planned for quite some time, in fact, before she even met Dalton. As she bumped into Vera Wang at the Met Gala a number of years back, she asked the fashion icon that if the time comes that she ties the knot, would she make her gown for her, and keeping to her word Vera delievered.
Dreamy! Congrats Ari and Dalton!
