Eh, so… Caitlyn Jenner is going to be on Mrs Brown’s Boys. Did you also shudder at the thought?

Last night, the I’m A Celebrity/Keeping Up With The Kardashians star shared a photo of herself and Mrs Brown (AKA Brendan O’Carroll) on the set of the show, announcing her imminent appearance on the comedy.

And yes, she is clutching a copy of the Northside People:

Before you start thinking she’s made an awful blunder in that caption, Mrs Brown’s Boys is actually shot in Scotland. Phew.

Here’s a very cute video capturing all that was going on behind the scenes before Jennifer Lopez hit the stage for the Super Bowl halftime show.

If you wondered how it must feel to have to perform in front of millions of people, this gives you a bit of an idea:

The caption references the subtle political statement the singer made during the performance – she donned a feathered Puerto Rican flag and sang a few bars of Bruce Springsteen’s Born In The USA, which some have interpreted as a response to Donald Trump’s policies on immigration.

J Lo’s daughter Emme joined her to sing a snippet of her mam’s song Let’s Get Loud, and a choir of little girls sat in ‘cages’ of light, which struck many viewers as a reference to the situation at the US border.

“All I want my girls, the little girls on stage with me and all over the world to know is how to use their voices and be proud of everything they are,” Jennifer wrote. “We are proud to recognise that all of us together are what makes this beautiful country truly great.” Go Jen.

Love Island 2019’s Michael Griffiths has officially welcomed Callum Jones into ‘Destiny’s Chaldish’. Yep.

On last night’s episode, Callum’s head almost fell off with the amount of turning it did, and it appears he’s going to kiss Casa Amor girl Molly tonight while Shaughna worries herself into an early grave in the main villa.

Michael obviously knows all about this, having made a fool of eventual winner Amber Gill in a similar fashion – and has happily invited Callum to join his group of Love Island f*ckboys, which also includes Jordan Hames and Danny Williams.

Callum’s made Molly a cup of tea, but couldn’t leave Shaughna a remembrance present. Mate… welcome to Destiny’s Chaldish. Callum will be an official member.
