Insta Creep: Love Island’s Montana Was Refreshingly Honest About Her Coachella Experience…

What all the celebs are up to on social, from A to Z listers.

In our gossip column, we indulge our nosiest desires and delve deep into what the celebs (and ‘celebs’) are doing on social media. Who’s tweeting and deleting? Who’s shady faving? Let’s find out.

Kim Kardashian has responded to backlash over her decision to become a lawyer. Last week, she revealed in a Vogue interview that she had started studying the law, saying the Alice Marie Johnson case made her want to ‘know more’.

While many of her followers were supportive, some accused her of using her privilege and wealth to study law without a college degree, and others told her to ‘stay in her lane’ (AKA ‘don’t get ideas above your station’).

It seems like Kim will always get grief – she’s criticised for being ‘superficial’, then criticised for wanting to better herself and the world around her.

“I want people to understand that there is nothing that should limit your pursuit of your dreams, and the accomplishment of new goals,” she wrote in an Instagram post last night.

You can create your own lanes, just as I am. The state bar doesn’t care who you are. The option is available to anyone whose state allows it. You need 60 college credits (I had 75) to take part in ‘reading the law’, which is in an office law school being apprenticed by lawyers. For anyone assuming this is the easy way out, it’s not.

Kim says she now spends her weekends studying, breaking to put the kids to bed before going back at it again. Fair play to you, Kimmy.

Pippa O’Connor has announced that she’s written a book! Her second, in fact.

The fashion influencer released her first book, Pippa: Simple Tips To Live Life Beautifully, in 2016 – her follow-up is called The Pippa Guide: Live Your Best Life, and will delve into more personal matters.

On Instagram yesterday, she said she was ‘nervous’ about this one as she’s very ‘open and honest’ in it:

Not that I wasn’t honest before, but my first one was like, general tips and advice in fashion and beauty… Fashion, beauty and lifestyle are still incorporated in book number two but I talk a lot about my personal life and about business… It’s definitely very personal for me, I’m sharing a lot of myself in this book.

“I talk about the highs and lows of social media and how people can use it to benefit their business, I talk about friendships and the importance of maintaining them,” she said. “I really have put my heart and soul into it.”

The book is out in October, and we’ll be eager to see what she means by ‘personal’.

Love Island’s Montana Brown has been refreshingly honest about her Coachella experience. Basically, it’s not worth going unless you’ve been sponsored. Good to know!

The reality TV star was brought to the festival by a management agency, and while she had a nice time, she wanted to air a few grievances:

YES I took some nice pics and the acts were AMAZING… but I also had blisters from my shoes, you have to walk like an hour from the Uber drop off to the festival itself, it smelt like gerbils and I bought some loaded fries for about £20 and then when you finally get to the cab… you gotta pick sand and dust out your hair and nostrils.

Now, to us this sounds like what happens at any festival, but if you’re not familiar with that singular experience, it can seem a bit shit alright.

“Had a wicked time and the people I’ve been with have made the trip but just thought you should all know it’s not as glam as it looks,” she continued. “On one day I legit got dressed three times in the space of an hour to get some pics so I hope you f**king enjoy them.”

Now that is only something you’d expect at Coachella. Better luck next year, Mon!

Khloe Kardashian and Tristan Thompson were seen together for the first time since the cheating scandal at baby True’s birthday party.

It seems the pair are finally over for good, though Khloe says they’re committed to co-parenting their daughter, so his presence at the party is entirely understandable.

He even made a brief appearance on Khloe’s Instagram Story, trying to take True from her to hold in a photo (she didn’t hand her over and appears to be trying to avoid even meeting his eye, which… fair):

It’s nice that they can set aside their differences for their baby. Let’s hope it stays that way…
