Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom got engaged! On Valentine’s Day!

The couple have been together for three years, and it seems the Lord of the Rings actor put a ring on it last night:

He seems to have popped the question just before a big V-Day party with all their friends and family – and Katy’s mam Mary managed to tell the world before they did by posting a load of pics of the couple and the vintage-style engagement ring on Facebook, in typical mam fashion.

This is the second marriage for both – Katy was married to Russell Brand from 2010 to 2012, and Orlando was with model Miranda Kerr for three years.

The couple briefly broke up in 2017, releasing a statement in March saying they were taking “respectful, loving space” from each other, but got back together in December of that year.

And now they’re in ‘full Bloom’, as Katy joked in her announcement. Congrats to the happy couple!

Prince Harry didn’t get to spend Valentine’s Day with Meghan Markle, but he did get to sit in an igloo decorated with pictures of her. 

Allow us to explain. Hazza is currently in Norway as part of his duties as Captain General of the Royal Marines, and was shown around a shelter made of snow.

The soldiers invited Harry to sit down in a little alcove decorated with pictures from his and Meghan’s wedding, lighting candles and playing romantic music to set the mood:

Gorge. He seems a bit lost for words, but we’re sure he loved it.

Lady Gaga ALMOST did an Ariana Grande with her newest tattoo, but saved it at the last second. 

Gaga got two new tattoos yesterday, the first being a giant rose on her back in honour of her character Ally from A Star Is Born, who sings the Edith Piaf song La Vie En Rose:

The other is a music staff with the notes G A G A (geddit) – but she initially forgot the fifth staff line, and hastily had it tattooed in after realising her mistake.

She’s blaming tequila, which… relatable:

“As a music theory student I’m appalled, as someone having fun with their friends I’m relieved,” she joked.

At least your arm doesn’t say ‘BBQ grill finger’, Gaga. Count your blessings.
