Is Phoebe Waller-Bridge Engaged?

There has been major speculation around whether Phoebe Waller-Bridge is engaged to Banshees of Inisherin Director Martin McDonagh, or not; and Phoebe isn’t quelling the speculation, if anything she’s fuelling the fire.

Phoebe was joined by the award winning director at her brother’s wedding last weekend in London.

In photos published by the MailOnline Phoebe could be seen sporting a large diamond ring on *that* finger.

The pair started dating back in 2017 and have managed to keep their relationship out of the public eye for the past six years. The pair made their official red carpet debut at a screening for the film ‘Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri’, in October 2017. Their next official sighting wasn’t until the Oscars in 2018, when they showed a little PDA, sharing a kiss after Martin won Best Screenplay and Best Drama.

It wasn’t until June of this year that Phoebe made a very rare comment in an interview with Vanity Fair about her notoriously private relationship.

She said: “It’s really useful being with someone who I think is a genius, it just ups your game. I would always have wanted Martin McDonagh to think of my work as good, whether I was with him or not. I will find out now, either way!”

She later revealed that she would in fact find criticism from her man to be demoralising.

She said: “Probably a bit of that. And also, I just really, really fancy him. So if you show someone something, and you fancy them, it can become this blur.”

Guess we will just have to wait and see!
