Jacques O’Neill Has Left The Love Island Villa

We didn't expect this!

Controversial Love Island contestant Jacques O’Neill has left Love Island.

The reason for his departure has not yet been revealed but we can expect more information on tonight’s episode. A Love Island spokesperson said: “Jacques has made the decision to leave the Villa. He will explain his reasons to the Islanders during tonight’s episode. We fully support his decision and look forward to seeing what’s next for Jacques.”

Jacques was coupled up with Paige before leaving the villa, the pair were going string until Casa Amor when he decided to “test” himself by kissing new girl Cheyanne. Upon returning to the villa Paige was not happy to hear what he had been up to in Casa and they were on the rocks up until last night when he was allowed out of the “dog house” after sharing his feelings for her in a long text message.

But all didn’t stay smooth for long as former Love Island contestant Adam Collard entered and pulled Paige for a chat, talking to her and warning her that Jacques will get a lot of attention once he leaves the Villa, assuring her he is over that stage of his life. In the preview of tonight’s episode, we saw Jacques get very angry when he heard Adam was talking about him, going to Paige in fury to find out what was said.

We will have to wait until tonight to find out why exactly he left! This season is full of twists, what a shocker!

Love Island continues tonight at 9pm on Virgin Media Two and Virgin Media Player.
