Jason Oppenheim Reveals He Talks To His Ex “Almost Every Day”

He’s ready to party!

Jason Oppenheim  is newly single and ready to mingle, but it seems the real estate tycoon isn’t totally shutting off from his ex, revealing they actually talk “almost everyday”.

Jason has been dating model Marie-Lou Nurk for 10 months before they unfortunately parted ways just last month.

The 46-year-old revealed there are no hard feelings between him and his 25 year-old ex, as it was the distance that ultimately split them up, not relationship issues.

Things were difficult for them both with the reality tv star working out of LA and Marie-Lou based mainly out of Paris.

In an interview with PEOPLE, Jason revealed: “This has been a transition, you know, obviously difficult. But Lou and I remain really close and we talk almost every day — we at least either text or talk.”

The new single man reveals although he misses being in a relationship he’s not planning on getting into another relationship anytime soon saying: “I’m certainly not rushing into anything. I’m just gonna take it really slow.”

Despite that Jason seems like he’s got a lot going on at the minute between opening the fourth Oppenheim Group Real Estate office, to filming Selling Sunset’s spin-off series Selling The OC, to plans with his Selling Sunset co-stars.

He says: “I’m going to Vancouver this week and then Las Vegas for Romain’s 30th birthday party actually —  Mary and my brother and I are taking him out.”

It sounds like it will be a hell of a party!

But Jason’s summer plans don’t stop there he revealed that he will be jetting off to Europe twice in the next couple of months.

He said: “I’m just going to enjoy travelling and kind of just taking things slow. Just focusing on myself right now and focusing on work and the offices and staying pretty busy.”
