Kanye West Speaks Out About Manic Episode From US Presidential Rally

"I don’t even like to say out loud what I said in South Carolina.”

Kanye West has finally addressed his manic episode from earlier this year. The rapper was speaking at a presidential rally in July and things escalated when the star made a whole host of statements including his stance on abortion, which apparently followed a manic episode.

Following on from this Kanye then posted a string of cryptic tweets that involved, Kim, her mother Kris, as well as comments about a potential divorce.

Since then Kim has publicly supported her husband, reminding fans that he suffers with bi-polar disease and this can cause these manic outbursts.

Kanye did publicly apologise for the hurt he had caused his wife Kim and their family earlier this year on social media. He had not spoken about it in anymore detail though, until this week in a podcast.

The star was a guest on the Joe Rogan podcast and he specifically addressed this manic episode he had saying that he cries when he has an outburst like this and that; “I was gut-wrenched at the – I don’t even like to say out loud what I said in South Carolina.”

“The idea of… I’m trying to word it in a way which is safe and covers my family.”

“People saw this clip of me crying, some people didn’t know what I was crying about. I was crying about there was a possible chance… there was a chance that we didn’t make – Kim and I didn’t make – the family I have today.”

“That’s my most family-friendly way to word that. The idea of it just tears me up inside.”
