Khloe Kardashian’s Daily Diet Has Been Revealed And It’s, Er, Kinda Extreme

We’re all for making healthier choices when it comes to food but we also sit firmly in the a-gal’s-gotta-eat category.
Hearty, protein packed and veggie rich meals are where it’s at and making room for treats isn’t just advisable, it’s pretty much mandatory.
That’s why we were a little taken aback by the details of Khloe Kardashian’s diet.
While KoKo’s daily menu is chocker with lots of healthy veg, we were initially a bit worried about how much sustenance she’s actually getting from a diet that seems to count celery as a meal. That said, the reality star does eat seven times a day so it all balances out when you consider she’s following the little but often rule of thumb.
Here’s the breakdown, according to her nutritionist Dr Goglia.
Meal one: An energy shake with one scoop of whey protein powder, one tablespoon of almond butter and a fruit of her choice blended with ice and water.
Meal two: A piece of fruit of her choosing.
Meal three: Four ounces of chicken breast with vegetables and a salad that is high in iron (spinach or beet root).
Meal four: One cup of celery or one cup of tomatoes with 12 almonds.
Meal five: Either one cup of celery or tomatoes with one egg.
Meal six: Fatty fish – salmon, sea bass, black cod or arctic char — served with eight ounces of vegetables and salad.
Meal seven: Another piece of fruit.
Hmm. We’re totally here for all the protein and healthy snacks but we’d definitely be throwing in some chicken tenders and a stack load more carbs.
