Kim Kardashian And Kylie Jenner Call Out Instagram For ‘Trying To Be TikTok’

We’ve all been thinking it…But two of the biggest stars on the social media app have finally said it, and we expect it to get a lot of attention.

Kim Kardashian and Kylie Jenner have shared a post to their stories which begs Instagram to return to a primarily static post platform. The post which the girls shared reads, “Make Instagram Instagram again (Stop trying to be TikTok, I just want to see cute photos of my friends.) Sincerely, everyone.”

Under which Kim wrote, “PRETTY PLEASE” and Kylie wrote, “PLEASEEEEEEE”.

Instagram have been focussing more on Reels lately and many users are not happy with the most recent update which gives the app a similar look to its video platform competitor TikTok. Many Instagram users have been calling for the app to return to its original form, and this could be the boost they need!

Kylie Jenner is the third most-followed person on Instagram with 360 million followers and Kim taking seventh place with 326 million followers.

Will Instagram listen to two of their biggest stars on the platform? Could the sisters find a new place to share pictures? Who knows, but we will keep an eye out for any changes following their statements.
