Kourtney Kardashian Thanks Hospital Staff For Saving Her Unborn Child

Both mama and baby are safe and doing much better.

Kourtney Kardashian has shared her thanks for the doctors that saved her unborn child’s life following her recent hospitalisation.

Last week, Kourtney’s husband Travis and his band Blink-182 had to postpone the final three shows of their tour’s European leg. Unfortunately there was a family emergency – which was later revealed to be Kourtney’s hospitalisation – which he had to rush home for.

The Kardashians star took to Instagram on Wednesday evening to share a black and white photo of Travis holding her hand while she lay in a hospital bed.

She captioned the photo: “I will be forever grateful to my incredible doctors for saving our baby’s life. I am eternally grateful to my husband who rushed to my side from tour to be with me in the hospital and take care of me afterwards, my rock. And to my mom, thank you for holding my hand through this.”

She continued saying: “As someone who has had three really easy pregnancies in the past, I wasn’t prepared for the fear of rushing into urgent foetal surgery. I don’t think anyone who hasn’t been through a similar situation can begin to understand that feeling of fear.”

Adding: “I have a whole new understanding and respect for the mamas who have had to fight for their babies while pregnant. Praise be to God. Walking out of the hospital with my baby boy in my tummy and safe was the truest blessing.”

We wish them all well as they await the arrival of their first child together.
