KUWTK Is Still Filming Without A Crew, With Kim Now Filming It On Her iPhone
"I am the camera person, I am the lighting person, hair and make-up."
In the current crisis so many of our favourite shows have stopped filming and soon all the soaps will have stopped too. However, one show we can still rely on is Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
Due to social distancing measures, there is no camera crew, sound team, make-up artists or hairdressers allowed to be together for filming. Without this massive team behind the scenes you would imagine the show would stop filming until restrictions are lifted.

Don’t forget to watch a brand new episode of #KUWTK Tonight at 8/7c on E!
But, if the Kardashians want to stay in the spotlight they will do anything to do so, which means that Kim is now filming the show…on her own.
“I am the camera person, I am the lighting person, hair and make-up.”
Posting to Instagram she shared behind the scenes videos of her setting up to film which will all be done on the families iPhones. She was setting up for the confessional section of the show in her guest bedroom.
However she wasn’t totally alone, as she had lots of the crew on Zoom coaching her through what to do including her producers and her cameraman.

Kris is all of our moms when we go home for the holidays. New #KUWTK every Thursday 8/7c only on E!
Her crew had left her clear instructions on what to do, and how to switch on all the equipment to make it as easy as possible.
Kim made sure her followers knew that despite her looking ‘fancy on the top’ she was wearing her pyjamas on her bottom half.
It seems even Kardashians do their work Zoom calls exactly like we do!
