Khloe Kardashian’s pregnancy will be a big plot on this week’s episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, with some details emerging of complications she has been facing.

The beauty is the latest pregnant Kardash/Jenner who we are all watching out for, following the birth of older sister Kim’s third baby, Chicago, and Kylie Jenner’s shock birth announcement earlier this month.

We saw the adorable moment that Khlo and her man Tristan Thompson revealed the news to both their families and friends on a recent episode of the show, but a new clip teasing this week’s episode has shown that it was not all plain sailing.
