Louise Cooney Starts Her Big Move To Dublin This Weekend

2020 was an up and down year for all of us and Louise Cooney is a perfect example of that. The Irish influencer made the big leap to NYC in late 2019 and was loving her time there.

However, when Covid hit earlier this year, like many Irish natives living abroad she had to weigh up her options and decided to come home. Louise wasn’t the only one who didn’t foresee the pandemic playing out like it did, and she ultimately had to say goodbye to her NYC apartment for good and selling her furniture and getting the rest of her belongings shipped home to Ireland.

Since then, the Stellar cover star has been living in Limerick, in her parents house and many of her followers have been wondering if she has plans to move back to the big apple.

As things are still so uncertain at the moment the social media star has instead decided to move Dublin with her friend.

This weekend she has started packing and moving her stuff to make the move! Sharing to Instagram she said; “2nd of January 2021… doing what I should be good at at this stage… Packing!!”

“2 days until moving day & I’m getting v excited for the fresh start. Looking forward to decorating & getting set up.. lots of homeware hauls to come.”

Although for the time being she will be renting with a friend, Louise did share in a recent Instagram story that her goal this year is to buy a house and she plans to share this process with her followers.

Having to come home from NYC may have looked like a huge negative for the year, Louise has made the best of it, enjoying time with her family and reassessing what she wants. It seems the big smoke of Dublin will have to do for now!
