Love Island’s Olivia Responds To Her Rumoured Split From Maxwell

Love Island has come to an end and so now its time for the couples to see how they fair in the real world. So how are they doing? Well…

For Olivia and Maxwell, things got complicated when Maxwell turned up to the Big Weekend launch party in London without Liv on his arm.

That, along with the lack of couples’ content led fans to speculate their romance might have ended.

But Olivia is addressing the situation, sharing why she wasn’t with Max as the party and they haven’t been seen together lately.

Speaking to OK, Olivia reassured that they couple have “absolutely not” split.

Explaining how she had headed back to Liverpool for a “bit of normality” with her family.

So how are things going for the pair? Well, from the sounds of it, pretty good.

With the ring girl confessing she spent “pretty much the majority” of her time with Maxwell following their exit from the villa.

Olivia and Maxwell were eliminated after the Beach Club Party, when host Maya Jama revealed the public had voted them the least compatible couple.

Looking back on her time in the villa, Liv admitted there were things she wished she had done differently, citing the Casa Amor follow out between her and former flame Kai as “hypocritical”

Olivia returned from Casa Amor just like Kai, with bombshell Maxwell on her arm, so she says looking back she should have been ready for Kai to walk through the door with he new beau Sanam.

Saying on Aftersun: “In the moment, you know, it’s so intense. Emotions were high – there were real feelings there, so when I walked through those doors, I was so nervous”.

Speaking about her time in the villa, Olivia revealed there’s no hard feelings between her and Kai, they seem to realise this is how life works. She also jumped in to say that she and Sanam are friends with each other, even saying what a lovely girl she is.

“You know, I said to him, ‘Thank you so much for being such a big part of my journey’. And Sanam, we’ve actually got a really nice friendship. She’s such a lovely girl. So yeah, I just wish them the best”.
