Luca Asks Jacques What It’s Like To Date Gemma In Tonight’s Love Island

"I’d much rather be with Paige than Gem. Like 1000%."

In a sneak peek of tonight’s Love Island, we’ve learned that Luca asks Jacques about what it was like to date Gemma. Imagine your ex and your new guy discussing how you are as a girlfriend?! Not ideal.

Jacques didn’t have the nicest things to say it seemed, telling Luca, “I’d much rather be with Paige than Gem. Like 1000%. Like I could literally go out with Paige, be myself and the next day wake up and have no issues, at all. Even if I’d said something wrong, or anything. But if I did that with Gem I’ve got questions to answer the next day.”

Having had a bit of a blunder on last night’s episode when Gemma didn’t give Luca the reassurance that he wanted, will this information make him second guess their relationship?

We also wonder how Gemma will take this conversation once she finds out what has been said…

It seems she still does care for Luca admitting that she will be “fumed” if his heart-rate doesn’t raise the highest for her in tonight’s dancing challenge.

Yes, the iconic heart-rate challenge is back and we know it’ll bring the drama. In the sneak peek we can see a glimpse of the costumes which will include Paige as a lifeguard, Ekin-Su in a bridal outfit, Dami as a lab technician, Jay as a cowboy and Davide as a mysterious masked bandit.

All the drama will kick off tonight at 9pm on Virgin Media Two and Virgin Media Player.
