Luke Mabbot And Lucie Donlan Make Their Relationship Official On Insta

The ultimate sign you're serious about each other, right?

So, earlier this week we were all pretty much 100% sure that Luke Mabbot and Lucie Donlan were an item. It seems our detective skills were on point as the pair have finally gone Insta-official.

After weeks of rumours, fans were quick to spot their very similar snaps on their social media over the past week. Both shared two very similar Instagram pictures from a hot tub in the countryside, leading eagle-eyed fans to believe it’s the confirmation we’ve been waiting for.

However, now we no longer need to be combing through Instagram posts for clues as the pair have decided to make it official by sharing some cute snaps on social media.

The pics haven’t yet made it onto the grid (perhaps thats the next step) but both shared pictures of their day at the beach together on stories. It seemed like the cutest day, with arcade games and fish and chips by the seaside.

Apparently, their romance started during lockdown and they got to spend the weekend together at last as they went glamping in North Yorkshire. That explains the hot tub pics!

Earlier this week The Sun revealed they were an item, a source said:

“They were messaging each other over Instagram during lockdown and as the rules relaxed their romance blossomed.

“Luke wasn’t single for long after he split with his ex Demi and Lucie is his dream woman – he can’t believe his luck.”

Luke and Demi confirmed their split last month after meeting on the hit TV show earlier this year. Admitting that she was heartbroken when Luke wouldn’t make things official, Demi told the Mail Online that if lockdown didn’t, happen things might have been different but unfortunately, it was “bad timing”.

“With lockdown, it drove us apart and we live so far away from each other. I feel like there wasn’t a lot of effort made with communication, so we drifted as a result. It’s a shame and bad timing,” Demi revealed.

We wonder what Luke M’s righthand man, Luke T thinks about all of this?
