Margot Robbie Reveals Which 2022 Love Island Contestant Is Her Favourite

This latest season of Love Island has captured the hearts of everyone, and when we say everyone we mean EVERYONE.

With A-listers like Reese Witherspoon and Amy Schumer raving about the show. But it turns out the biggest Love Island super fan is actually Margot Robbie.

Opening up about her feelings on this season, Margot revealed she hasn’t enjoyed it as much as previous years. Telling The Sun, “This hasn’t been the best Love Island season ever, but that hasn’t stopped me watching it.”

And just like the rest of us, Margot knows her favourite islander, being a fan of Wales girl Paige Thorne. Explaining, “Paige has probably been my favourite — but for pure entertainment I think Davide and Ekin-Su have made the season. ”

Paige was eliminated from the show last night, with her partner Adam Collard.

While she’s probably upset at having to leave the villa before the finale tonight, her early exit, allowed her to see Margot’s kind comments, so of course, the paramedic is thrilled.

Re-sharing the Australian actress’ praise on her IG story, she captioned her post, “Margot F***ing Robbie” with a crying face emoji.

Margot has been a massive Love Island fan for quite awhile, falling in love with show while living in London.

Explaining, “Love Island reminds me of living in London — watching it with my girlfriends when everybody was home from work.”

This isn’t the first time she has fangirled over the show. Margot went viral in 2020 when she was filmed meeting the 2019 cast at the Birds of Prey premiere in London, as she was unable to hide her excitement, later inviting them back to her apartment for the afterparty.

She also hosted a Love Island themed 31st birthday party, now that’s dedication!
