Why Love Island and why now?

I’ve never been in a relationship before and haven’t had any luck whatsoever finding love myself, so I think I could definitely benefit from some Love Island help. Love Island is a great opportunity as it puts you in situations you may not have had the chance to be in, so I’m hoping to get to know people that I may not normally meet. Now also feels like the right time for me so I’m excited to meet everybody.

What do you think you’ll bring to the Villa?

I’m fun, bubbly and friendly so I’ll be bringing that energy with me into the Villa.

What makes you a catch?

I’d say my personality first and foremost, I’d like to think that those traits are what the rest of the Islanders will be drawn to. I’m confident and outgoing so I’m looking forward to getting to know the boys.

What boys are you looking forward to getting to know in the Villa?

Joey is my type to a tee so it will be interesting to see if there is anything between us. Reuben seems lovely, he’s from Surrey so I think we are going to get on well, he’s so handsome and seems very endearing and just a genuine lovely guy. Sean is hilarious. I find him so funny and like his cheeky chat so keen to see if there’s a spark there.

Which boys’ heads do you think have potential to turn?

Joey’s head could turn and I’m going to try and be the one to do it so let’s see what happens. Maybe Reuben too only because him and Grace have only recently coupled up, I guess time will tell.

Why Love Island and why now?

Being 25, I’m on the wrong side of 20 now! I’m closer to 30 so it’s about time I find a bird and settle down.

What do you think you’ll bring to the Villa?

Realness. For me personally, I’m just a normal lad who works on building sites, I don’t mince my words and I won’t hold back.

What makes you a catch?

I’m 6’4 with lots of tattoos, I’m tanned and I’m funny. People tell me I’m funny anyway, I don’t know whether they’re laughing at me or with me! On nights out, I’m always the first to get attention and when the girls come over I can keep them there. It’s not just the looks, I’ve got the personality to go with it.

If there was one thing you’d want your new fellow Islanders to know about you, what would it be?

I’ll always keep it 100 with everyone, if I’m feeling someone I’ll tell them and if I’m not I’ll tell them too! With me, there’s nothing to hide, I’m always an open book.

Why would you say you’re single? 

I’ve never dated out of Birmingham to be fair, I need to branch out!

How would friends/family describe you? 

Probably a bit of a nightmare! My pals would call me a diva to be fair as I’m always doing my barnet. If something doesn’t go my way I’m a bit of a nightmare. On a night out I’m all over the gaff running from here to there to talk to people.

If you had to pick three of the most important things you look for in a partner what would they be?

Confidence, drive and ambition. I’d probably say that I like a girly girl too, I like it when girls take a lot of pride in their appearance.

Matilda, Grace and Jess.
