That 70’s Show ended in 2006, but since then it has developed a strong fan base and stayed very relevant, (where would TikTok be without Jackie’s one-liners.) So naturally fans of the show were thrilled when Netflix announced it would be making a spin-off, That 90’s Show.

And things just got even better as it turns out a lot of the original cast are returning, to reprise their roles as our favourite characters.

Mila Kunis And Ashton Kutcher will be back as Jackie Burkhart and Michael Kelso.

Also returning will be Topher Grace, who played lead Eric Forman, along with Laura Prepon, who played Donna Pinciotti.

While Wilmer Valderrama will also be reprising his role as Fez.

The show’s original cast will most likely have guest appearances or smaller roles, due to scheduling conflicts. But two of the OG cast will have starring roles in the new reboot.

Kurtwood Smith and Debra Jo Rupp will return as Eric’s parents Red and Kitty Forman, respectively. Not only that but they will also serve as executive producers on That 90’s Show.

The new show will follow Eric and Donna’s daughter Leia (did Star Wars obsessed Eric convince Donna to name their daughter after the iconic princess?), as she goes to stay with her grandparents for the summer and befriends the new generation of teens in Point Place.

Callie Haverda will play Leia, with other newcomers to the show including Ashley Aufderheide, Mace Coronel, Maxwell Acee Donovan, Reyn Doi and Sam Morelos. The first season will have just ten episodes.

It already sounds perfect!
