Miley Cyrus Has Said She’s Still ‘Very Very Much’ In Love With Liam Hemsworth

The celebrity couple that people still talk about to this day, Miley Cyrus has candidly opened up about her marriage with Liam Hemsworth, admitting that she will always be in love with him.

Chatting with Howard Stern on his SiriusXM radio show, Miley opened up about the circumstances which led her to marry Liam. Admitting that her house burning down in the 2018 Malibu fires is a factor that pushed them to tie the knot.

“I had so much and it was all gone, every song I had ever written was in that house. Every photograph of me that my parents had given to me, all my scripts, I lost everything,” Miley said.

“And so in trying to put that back together, instead of going, ‘Oh, nature kind of did something I couldn’t do for myself; it forced me to let go,’ I ran toward the fire.”

Going on to say that she believes she is an ‘intense’ person, Miley revealed how she came to the decision to Marry Liam.

“Me being an intense person and not wanting to sit with it and not wanting to go, you know, ‘What could be purposeful about this?’ I just clung to what I had left of that house, which was me and him.”

After dating on-and-off for ten years they finally tied the knot in December 2018, but officially split almost a year later in August 2019.

Although splitting up over a year ago, and dating people, famously Kaitlyn Carter and Cody Simpson since, Miley is honest and says that for her, her love for Liam will never go away.

“And I really do and did love him very, very, very much and still do, always will.”

Hearing Miley’s sweet words, you’d wonder why the two broke up. But, Miley says that although she does love him, the ‘conflict’ in their relationship was too much for her to handle.

“I don’t get off on drama or fighting,” she explained.

“When I come home, I want to be anchored by someone.”

Miley split up with her boyfriend of almost 1 year, Cody Simpson, back in August of this year. While Liam is currently dating Australian model Gabriella Brooks.
