Laura Whitmore celebrated a belated hen party at Glastonbury this weekend, although she is already married, the Love Island presenter missed out on the chance to have a real hen before her wedding day, so better late than never right?!

The weekend looked like a blast full of creative outfits, including a pink wig and a hat that said, “Bride” and silver cowboy boots. Laura also spent time with pals including fellow Irish celeb Niall Horan who was pictured wearing a sash that read, “Bride to be”, we love when the Irish stick together.

Posting pictures from the weekend Laura wrote, “#GlastHENbury Dump (part 1)”, which tells us there’s more snaps to come!

Before she departed for the iconic festival, Laura pleaded on Twitter for the Islanders to “behave” so she didn’t get a call while she was enjoying herself. And it looks like her wish came true!

Laura and her husband Iain Stirling, who you may know as the hilarious voice-over of Love Island tied the knot in 2020 at Dublin’s City Hall in front of a small group of close friends and family

Opening up about their big day in an interview with The Telegraph’s Stella Magazine she said even if they could have had a bigger celebration, there is nothing she would change about their day.

“We knew a year ago, pre-pandemic, what we wanted to do and we were lucky that we were able to do exactly what we wanted. It worked out in our favour as a lot of people assumed we did it small because of Covid.”

For the occasion, Laura stunned in a tailored white suit, which she paired with a headband and a bouquet of wild flowers, while Iain opted for a dapper dark suit; “I’m lucky enough to dress up for my job so, on that day, I just wanted to do it the way I wanted to do it.”

Announcing the news of their wedding on social media over Christmas, Laura said, “A year ago Iain asked me to marry him and we had the most magical, perfect ceremony. We loved having it to ourselves.

“We had been planning the perfect celebration and I will forever be so thankful that’s what we got.”

“We have never spoken publicly about our engagement or wedding. Back at the time we never felt the need to say anything as it’s all such a personal experience. We also were too busy enjoying it!”
