Little Mix Are Facing Extreme Backlash After A Recent Concert Reportedly Descended Into Chaos

It's claimed that children suffered injuries and panic attacks during the event.

A Little Mix gig, taking place in Newmarket, England, allegedly descended into chaos last week, when children were reportedly left suffering panic attacks when rowdy racegoers pushed through the crowd.

Angry parents tweeted the band to say their children had been left feeling “unsafe” when the event at Newmarket Racecourse got out of hand.

Now, following reports of injuries and panic attacks among the crowd, a director for the venue has issued a statement.

Amy Starkey told Eastern Daily Express: “We had 22,000 people… on site to watch racing and Little Mix perform after racing.

“We widely advertise our music events as racing plus music. We had a steady flow of people arriving with a record number of police and security on site.

“The team and I remain absolutely committed to ensuring that anybody that comes to enjoy racing and or music has a good experience and if for whatever reason that experience isn’t in line with their expectation then I apologise.”

She added: “We also had our local authority safety advisory group last night conducting a full inspection.”

Little Mix are yet to respond to the backlash.
