Love them or hate them, there is no denying that the Kardashian-Jenners are one of the most influential families in the world. With the likes of Kim and Kylie individually making a huge impact on young women.

So we were pretty shocked to read through TIME Magazine’s recently released list of the most influential people on the internet, from which they were all noticeably missing.

TIME described their fifth annual list as being evaluated by ‘looking at [the contenders] global impact on social media and their overall ability to drive news.’

Sounds pretty much like the Kar-Jenners to us, maybe even Kris could have gotten a mention?

Anyway, it wasn’t totally random as lots of people who we expected to be on the 25-person list were there.

Meghan and Harry, and their baby Archie were on the list for obvious reasons, as well as records like their Instagram handle being the first to reach 1 million followers in six hours!

Ariana Grande is also featured, hugely due to her many hit songs, huge Instagram following, and interest in her personal life.

Also on the unranked list is Cardi B, for her activity online including videos and memes, as well as her Insta story where she called out President Donald Trump – he’s also on the list due to all that tweeting.

Donald Trump isn’t the only political figure, as youngest Congresswoman in U.S. history, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, The #SchoolStrike4Climate activists, and the Hong Kong Protesters are on the list too.

JoJo Siwa, Jameela Jamil and Jada Pinkett Smith are also included, for their active use of social media. Zhang Dayi, China’s Kylie Jenner, is also featured.

Then there’s Lil Nas X and the guy who made the egg pic go viral – a good mix, if nothing else!

We’re certainly not arguing with any one’s place on the list, but it’s hard to deny that the Kardashian-Jenners have a massive following and that much of their business and fame is based online. Perhaps it was just too hard to pick which one!

Either way, we’re delighted to see powerful women like Alexandria Ocasia-Cortez, Meghan Markle and Ariana Grande on the list!
