Ok, So Miley Cyrus Has Called Out Leo Varadkar On Twitter
2020 just gets weirder and weirder.
Well 2020 just keeps getting weirder and weirder.
In a bizarre turn of events Miley Cyrus has called out Leo Varadkar on Twitter. The US popstar tweeted many other world leaders including the Mark Rutte in the Netherlands, Giuseppe Conte of Italy and Pedro Sánchez in Spain, as she called for them to increase their support for the global Covid-19 crisis.
All across Ireland 🇮🇪 citizens joined in solidarity with Black Lives Matter in the US. We must stay united with the world to tackle #COVID19 and the racial injustice of health inequalities. Please join us, PM @LeoVaradkar? #GlobalGoalUnite⭕

The tweet seems to be asking for these world leaders to specifically step up their support in terms of how the pandemic has affected marginalised communities. She praised Ireland for their support with the Black Lives Matter movement, and the protests which have taken place here.

However, she has directly appealed to Leo Varadkar as she feels Ireland, along with the other European countries she has called out, could be doing far more.
People were left confused with the encounter on Twitter, and Taoiseach Leo Varadkar has yet to respond.
