If there’s one thing we really love, it’s a good ol’ documentary. From ones that enlighten us, to one’s that are just too bizarre to believe – we’re looking at you Joe Exotic, documentaries give us such a good insight into other worlds.

Challenging the way we think, behave and live, some documentaries can even become a great source of life guidance. And one we think will certainly be all that and more is The Subtle Art Of Not Giving A F*uck, which is set to air next year.

If the name sounds familiar to you that’s because the documentary is going to be based off the book of the same name. Selling over 11 million copies since 2016, The Subtle Art Of Not Giving A F*ck has become a bible for many, educating them on how to let go, move on and own their own life.

As the book describes itself  the art of “not giving a f*ck is about being comfortable with being different and caring about something more important than adversity.”

And similar, the documentary is going to follow along similar lines, looking at our constant pursuit for happiness and obsession to live the best life.

So far, we like everything we’re hearing.

If you want to get your hands on the book to brush up on what it’s all about before the documentary hits next year, you can do so right here – definitely one to read during quarantine.
