People Are VERY Angry At Miley Cyrus For Climbing This Tree

Miley Cyrus has found herself caught up in nature scandal.

The 26-year-old recently shared photos of herself perched on a Joshua tree (aka Yucca tree), seemingly trying to be at one with nature and all that. However, fans have pointed out that she’s actually damaging the plant life by doing so – and they’re quite angry.

The singer posted photos of herself wearing a tight bodysuit on top of the tree. She captioned one photo: “Monkey Bizzzzznassssss ?”

Comments began flooding in criticising Miley for not respecting the ongoing effort to protect the yucca trees.

“Omg please stop posting these!” one user wrote. “Joshua trees are delicate, endangered and protected by state law! They are not for climbing.”

“ARE WE REALLY GOING TO IGNORE THAT YOUR KILLING THESE JOSHUA TREES?!?! ☹️ they are easily damaged and Miley is just climbing all over them #SHAME,” said another.

Miley is known for her previous efforts to protect wildlife, having encouraged people to go vegan and making efforts to save Californian grizzly bears in the past. Despite this, Instagram users are scolding the singer for her negligence towards the preservation of the Joshua trees and ignorance to the environment.

One Instagram user commented: “Wow. Great work. You have successfully thumbed your nose at the environment and the earth we all share together.”
