Readers Enjoy A Night Of Empowerment In Limerick – With The Self Care Sessions

The Self Care Sessions returned to Limerick this week, for an evening of empowerment, insightful chats, and much needed self care.

VIP and STELLAR were on hand at the Limerick Strand Hotel, alongside some very special guests to treat our readers to a stunning event.

Brought to you by Solaris Tea, Forest Mist Skincare & Disaronno, this special event was a celebration of women supporting women, sharing stories, and creating space to pause and reset together.

Taking place ahead of International Women’s Day, our guests were treated to cocktails from Disaronno, light bites from Limerick Strand, and some stellar chats from our amazing guests.

Attendees also walked away with a goodie bag worth over €100 with beauty bits from Solaris Tea, Juspy, Perfectil, Forest Mist Skincare, Dermalogica, Rimmel, and Uriage.

Host Bianca Luykx kicked off the night chatting to fashion icon and model Celia Holman Lee, who filled us in on her amazing career to date, and even gave our audience some tips for perfecting their catwalk.

Next up, creator and model Shauna Lindsay shared some honest insight into listening to your body, slowing down when needed and rebuilding strength after her recent health scare. 

We also chatted to Solaris Tea founder Karin Müller about the power of tea as a self care ritual, and the philosophy behind her own brand around everyday wellness.

Forest Mist Skincare founder Ixis Santos was on hand to chat to our readers about her Limerick based brand, and her beautiful organic and fully natural products.

And finally, sound healer and founder of The Listening Field in Limerick, Lucia Guerin guided us in a gorgeous sound bath, to reconnect us with that quiet, truthful place inside.
