Actor and drummer Kevin Clark has died following a tragic bike accident.

It is believed the 32-year-old was riding his bike when he was struck by a vehicle on Wednesday.

TMZ is reporting that the actor was in Chicago at the time of the accident, riding his bicycle on the Northwest Side of the city while on his way home when he was hit by a Hyundai Sonata.

It is also been noted that Kevin was then taken to hospital where he was then pronounced dead by the Cook County Medical Examiner.

Kevin Clark starred in School of Rock alongside Jack Black when he was 14-years-old. He played the cute and quiet little class drummer Freddy Jones.

Jack Black paid tribute to the star in a touching post on Thursday, the actor said:

“Devastating news. Kevin is gone. Way too soon. Beautiful soul. So many great memories. Heartbroken. Sending love to his family and the whole School of Rock community.”
